NO QUORUM.
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MEETING. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day! The Hamilton Chamber of Commerce is fast becoming a "back number." Although it lias over 100 members, two-tliirds of whom are financial, it is seldom that more than the same halfdozen members ever attend the meetings. Last wight only four members were present at the first meeting of the year, and two of them were the president and the secretary. After some comment had been passed by the president, Mr. F. H. Clapham, the meeting lapsed for the want of a quorum.
