W AIRO A-GISBORNE ROUTE. MINISTER'S DECISION. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) GISBORNE, Saturday. After healing the case for an inland mute for the Gisborne-Wairoa section of the East Coast Railway, the Hon. I\. S. Williams said he had made up his mind to recommend to the Prime Minister to thoroughly investigate the whole position, and to make another survey. He did not wish to delay matters, but the time taken over another survey would be time well spent.
