Tiif Avalon Club opened its 192S young bird season on Saturday by lidding ;i race from Huntly, an airline distance of ."it; miles. PONSONBY CLUB. The Ponsonhy Flying Club decided lis second race of the 192S young bird sra.-un from Te Awamntu, an airline distance of 86 miles. Owing to the numerous Itusli fires and low visibility prevailing, the race proved hard, and after being on the wing for 2h 48m, the pride of place was tilled by l*r. M.
