The ''Daily Mail's" Riga correspondent states that "The Soviet Woman," a n*-.w Bolshevist publication, subsidised by the Commissariat of Education to increase culture among the Soviet women, reports that a meeting of the Moscow Teachers' Union decided that children should nut be allowed to play with dolls as the doll represents the bourgeois idea of family life, develops love of household Julies and awakens love of motherhood.
