Bankers Win Claim Against Woman. CIVIL SERVANTS INVOLVED. (Received 12 noon.) LONDON, February 1. Defendant during the war was secretary to Mr. W. D. Gregory, UnderSecretary of the Foreign Office, whose name was frequently mentioned in the case, including an allegation that he lost £9000 in transactions with Ironmonger's.
