DISREGARDED CAUTION.
TRESPASSED ON WIFE'S HOME ALLEGED THREAT TO SHOOT HER. HUSBAXD GETS THREE MONTHS.
Simply because he took no heed of a stern warning administered to him last week by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., Claude Oswald JlcCully (47) now has to serve three months' imprisonment in Mount Eden.
At the Police Court this morning McCully pleaded {ruilty to charges of drunkenness in Col >den Street yesterday, breach of his prohibition order, and trespassing on his wife's home during the currency of a separation order.
"Is this the man who was up on similar charges last week when I cautioned him?" a«ked the magistrate. "Yes. the same man," said Senior Sergeant Cummings. "\Yb?n the police called yesterday he thnntened to shoot his wife when he went back. This "man requires some surveillance, otherwise he might do some harm."
"I told you last week that you would fret three months if you annoyed your wife." said Mr. Hunt. "But you took no notice and went back to her pl&ee. -.Xew you will get three months."
