At the Police Court this morning McCully pleaded {ruilty to charges of drunkenness in Col >den Street yesterday, breach of his prohibition order, and trespassing on his wife's home during the currency of a separation order.

"\Yb?n the police called yesterday he thnntened to shoot his wife when he went back. This "man requires some surveillance, otherwise he might do some harm."

"I told you last week that you would fret three months if you annoyed your wife." said Mr. Hunt. "But you took no notice and went back to her pl&ee. -.Xew you will get three months."
