PRICES AT WESTFIELD. BEEF VALUES MAINTAINED. At Westfield yesterday beef met with good competition, and prices were well maintained. The bidding for sheep and lambs was also brisk. (By Telegraph-Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday 1 here was again an exceptionally heavv entry of store lambs at Addington to-d-u and the prices of all classes in the stow section eased. The dry. hot weather i« showing no sign of breaking and this i= restraining competition. Store Sheep.—The entry came from all points. Lambs were again down bv about 2/ a head and all but the best ewes by a similar amount.
