SHANGHAI, January 27.
The Czeclio-Slovakian steamer Praga, en route from Manila to Tsingtao, was attacked by a Cantonese gunboat off the Shantung coast and a three-hour running fight ensued.
On arrival at Tsingtao it was stated that the Praga carried 90,000 rifles and several million rounds of ammunition, ordered by General Chang Chung-chang, tho military governor of Shantung, through a German firm.
