FARMER FOUND DEAD.
BODY LYING ON HILLSIDE.

TUAKAU, Friday
Stanley James Hill, aged about 73 years, was found dead on his holding at Wairamarama by a search party on Wednesday.
Mr. Hill, who was a widower and was living alone, had been missing since January G., It was presumed at first that lie had gone to Auckland, but when inquiries there failed to locate him, Constable Maiden, of Tuakau, organised a search party, and the body was discovered on a hillside about 400 yds from the homestead.
An inquest Was held by- Mr. C. E. Walter, J.P., and a jury, and a verdict of death from natural causes, probably heart failure, on or about January G, was returned.
Tlie evidence indicated that Mr. Hill had gone out to work, taking lunch with him. 1
He had been farming at Wairamarama for about forty years. His wife died some months ago. As far as is known, he had no relatives in New Zealand.
