DUNEDIN CITY VALUATION.

DUNEDIN, Friday.
The total value of ratable property in Dunedinn is* shown as £1,217,869, an increase of £60,671 on the figures of the previous year. . The increase of £60,671 is less by some £15,000 than the increase for the previous rating year. This is explained chiefly by a decline in building operations during 1927.
