BUSY PORT NEXT WEEK.

HEAVY WEEK-END INFLUX.

As Monday is a public holiday, it is probable that during next week the waterfront will be unusually busy. There will be several overseas vessels in port when work is resumed on Tuesday. The Waiotapu arrived this morning from Los Angeles, and she will be followed by the Haleric from Java, and the Kaiapoi from Walpole Island and the Aorangi from Vancouver to-morrow, as well as the Rimutaka, which is coming from Opua to complete homeward loading. On Monday the Northumberland is dtie from the South, and the Middlesex from London, wliile on Tuesday the Marama and Cambridge are expected to arrive from Sydney and Liverpool respectively. Aoituigi states that she expects to arrive in Auckland from Vancouver, via Honolulu and Suva, at 7 o'clock to-morrow evening. She is to berth at the Prince's wharf, and is announced to continue her voyage to Sydney at S p.m. on Tuesday. CAMBRIDGE REPORTS. Bringing general cargo from Liverpool for discharge at Auckland. Wellington. L.vttelton and Duneuin, tlie Federal steamer Cambridge expects to reach here at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, according to her wireless report. She is to Dtfitn at the Prince's Wharf. RIMUTAKA TO LOAD. For final loading for London, the New Zealand Shipping Co.'s steamer Rimutaka was to leave Opua this morning for Auckland. She is expected to anchor in the stream at 11 o'clock to-night, and will berth to-morrow morning at the Central wharf. She is to sail for London at 5 p.m. on Thursday next. KAIAPOI WITH GUANO. The Union Company have received a radio from their steamer Kaiapoi, stating that she expects to reach Auckland, from Walpcie island, via Noumea, at daybreak to-morrow. She is to unload the* local portion of her cargo at the King's wharf, completing discharge at Wanganui. PORT HUNTER REPORTED. En route from Liverpool to Auckland, the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Hunter is reported to have arrived at Colon on Wednesday last. She is due here on February 16, and from Auckland will go to Wellington. Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete discharge of Ler general cargo from West of England ports. MIDDLESEX ON MONDAY. A wireless report from the Federal steamer Middlesex states that she will arrive at the powder anchorage at 5 p.m. on Monday. After discharging explosives there, she is to come to Auckland, berthing at the King*s Wharf to unload her general cargo for London. From here she is to go to Wellington and New Plymouth to complete discharge. THE MATAROA. Bringing passengers, mails and cargo from London and Southampton, the the Shaw. Savill and Albion steamer Mat&roa is reported to have cleared Curacao on Wednesday last. She is due at Wellington on February 17, and will come to Auckland to complete discharge the following week. THE NORTHUMBERLAND. To continue Homeward loading the Federal steamer Northumberland is to leave New Plymouth to-day for Auckland. TOFUA SAILED. For Fiji, Tonga and Samoa, the Union Co.'s steamer Tofua was dispatchel from Auckland this morning. She is to return to Auckland on February 20. WAIHEMO TO SAIL. Having completed her overhaul, the Union Co.'S steamer Waihemo undocked this morning and berthed at the King'fc wharf. She is to sail at 3 o'clock this evening for Vancouver to load on the Pacific Coast for trie end of February and early in .March for Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney. TIIE niNEMOA. Due at Norfolk Island to-day, the Government steamer Hinemoa is to leave there again on her return voyage to Auckland on Monday evening. She is due here on Thursday morning.
