ESCAPE AND RECAPTURE.

TIMARU, this day.
Leslie Alwyn Olson McKenzie, aged seventeen, who escaped from prison while awaiting a transfer to Borstal, w»> recaptured'at "Washdyke this morning. Later he appeared at Court on a charge of breaking gaol, and was remanded till Friday.
