WEDDINGS OF THE WEEK.
LAMBOURNE—HAY.
The marriage took place at the Presbyterian Church, Epsom, yesterday afternoon, of Miss Euphemia McLeod Ilay, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hay, of Golf Road, to Mr. Arnold Stuart Lambourne, third son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Lambourne, Shelly Beach Road, Heme Bay. The Rev. William McDonald officiated with the assistance of Rev. Kemp. The briclc. who entered the church, which was prettily decorated by her girl friends assisted by Mrs. L. Clark, on the arm of her father, wore a dainty gown of embossed ivory crepe de chine. The skirt was of silver lace gracefully draped and the ensemble was finished at the waist-line with a girdle of pearls. The veil of Honiton lace was caught round the head with a tiny circlet of orange blossoms, and she carried a beautiful shower bouquet of white flowers. There were three bridesmaids, Miss Rita Barrcll (Sydnev), Miss Zilla Murray, and M iss Margaret Xeilson (Sydney). Their : frocks were of eau de nil, pale pink and pale blue georgette respectively. They were fashioned along smart lines, an accordion-pleated panel being iusert.ed 1 in the front, and the new coatee style being used with effect. They wore hat< to tone with their frocks, and carried beautiful bouquets in flowers of delicate shades. Mr. Alan Lambourne supported the bridegroom as best mau, and Mr. D. ! Hay (Matamata), and Mr. ft-ed Water- ! ma;i, groomsmen. After the ceremony the reception was held at the home of the bride,/where Mrs. Hay received her guests wearing a frock of beige accordion pleated georgette ana thread lace; her wrap was of beigj georgetto trimmed with summer fur, and she wore a black crinoline hat with ospreys, and she carried a bouquet to tone. Mrs. Lambourne was in black lace over apricot, with hat to tone, and her bouquet was in shades of apricot. Mrs. Dewar, grandmother of the bridegroom, was present at the ceremony. Amongst those present were: Mr. and Mrs. R. Buchanan, Mr. and Mrs. Hopkins, Mrs. Stokoe, Mr. and Mrs. Clark, Mr. and Mrs. Lambourne. Mr. and Mrs. Cyril Lambourne, Mr. and Mrs. A.
