WILL FLY BACK.
Hinkler And Mcintosh Have
Some Consolation.
110 M.P.H. TO CASPIAN SEA.
(Received 2.30 p.m.)
LONDON, November 21
Mr. Bert Hinkler and Captain Mcintosh have decided to fly to London upon completion of the repairs to their aeroplane, consisting of a damaged wingtip and propeller. They emphasise thai the engine was most perfect throughout.
"Naturally we were most disappointed. Our only consolation is that we reached the Caspian Sea in the remarkable time of 110 miles an hour. We thought that we knew something about the weather but that encountered was beyond belief."
