EXPLOSION OF METHYLATED,
ONE ON EVE OF WEDDING.

The. explosion of a tin of methylated spirits near which they were working with a lamp, resulted in George Jessen, aged 25, and Charles Stanton, aged 25, being badly burned at the Co-operative Dairy Producers' Freezing Company's building.
Jessen was severely injured about the head, arms, body and legs. His condition is serious. It is understood that he was to have been married to-night. Stanton was burned about the arms and head, but his condition is not serious.
