SATURDAY EVENING DANCE
Dixieland was gay with lights and pretty decorations oh Saturday evoning, when there was a large attendance of holiday makers who crowded the floor •and danccd to the strains of the delightful orchestra. Amongst "those present were: Mesdames John Robertson, silver beaded ivory georgette relieved moonflower blue; Aid win, black charmante and girdle of shaded flowers; Armishaw, petunia fringed crepe de soie, and shawl to tone; Monson, midnight blue satin; R. Carter, white corded satin, pearl trimming, apricot crepe de chine shawl; A. Garvey, cyclamen georgette; W. Wengdal, hand-painted blue georgette, over apricot satin; W. Spellsall, rose satin and silver; W. Rawlinson, wild rose taffeta; T. Eady, black satin lame, large diamante buckle; Bcurdot, lavender beaded frock; N. D. Carter, shrimp lace; and the Misses Evelyn de Joux, steel beaded black georgette; Roberts, mauve and silver lace; Reston. lame pink crepe de soie, applique srarlet poppies; McPerras, mauve georgette and silver lale; Dunningham, fuchsia georgette, crimson shawl; M. Wright, ivory crepe de chine, with diamante girdle; J. Lee, white and silver georgette, white shawl; M. Logen, lotus red satin beaute, heavily beaded in silver and pearls; G. Ruck, blue and silver lace; P. Peterson, lame velvet; D. Anderson, jade green crepe de chine and black shawl; P. Williams, green and silver; T. Cox, red velvet; F. Mckenzie, pink georgette; St. Clair, black beaded georgette; A. Lerov, lettuce green panne velvet period frock.
