TOURING CAR DAMAGED,
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.)
TE KUITI, Monday.
A motor collision occurred on the Mangarino Road, about three miles from Te Kuiti, on Sunday, between cars driven by Miss Buckleton, of Wellington, and Mr. Swanger, of Wanganui. The accident occurred at one of the many awkward bends on the road. Miss Buckleton's car contained two other ladies, and was on the way to Hamilton. They had to return to Te Kuiti, while repairs to their car were being done. Mr. Swanger was able to proceed on his journey to Te Kuiti.
