DISPUTE OVER SALE.
WAIMAHA ESTATE SECTIONS. MAGISTRATE RESERVES DECISION. The hearing of the claim of Charles Stanley Renshaw and Frank Herbert Repshaw (Mr. Glaister) for £145,! alleged to be due to them by France* Amy Adair Spinks (Mr. Milne), in connection with the sale of four sections in the Wairaana Peninsula Estat", was concluded in the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon before Mr. E. C. Cutten, S.M. Decision was reserved. When the Court resumed yesterday afternoon Mr. Milne addressed the Court for an hour on fact and on law. The hearing of the claim occupied three afternoons of last week, yesterday morning and the early portion of the afternoon.
