SOVIETS MISTAKE.
SHELLED OWN 'PLANE. LONDON, September 30. Soviet frontier guards on the RussoPolish border, says the Riga correspondent of the "Daily News," mistaking a fog a Soviet 'plane for a. foreigner,, shelled and brought it down. The pilot was seriously injured. The guards officer has been arrested.
