Report and Balance-sheets. Election of Directors and Auditors. (Notice is also given that a SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING will be held at the conclusion of the al>ove Annual Meeting for the purpose of considering the following alterations to the Rules:— Rule 10: Delete the words "under the seal of the society."
