Negotiations for the sale of the Commercial Hotel, Whangarei, owned by Mr. Henry Bray, Auckland, were completed on Thursday. Mr. C. R. Powell, late of the Britoniart Hotel, Auckland, is the purchaser of the property, and he will take j>osse«sion of it in the near future.
