i ; VALUABLE COLLIE DOG. 1 OWNER AWARDED £50. While walking along the road one -, evening recently, Philip Aylward (Mx. C. G. Lennardi had his collie dog, which he stated was following at his heels. . killed by a passing motor bus. He , claimed £90 damages from the Pa»sen- , ger Transport Co. (Mr. Goulding). I J Decision was given in the case to-dav . at the Magistrate's Court by Mr. E. C. Cut ten. 5..M.. who said the defendant company denied that lite dog was killed by one of its buses. Mr. Lutten held that one of the company » buses had killed the don. and j that the driver was negligent. The do" was a specially trained one. and that must be Laken into consideration. Judgment would be for plaintiff for £50 and COstS.
