ft£V. *. O. LEONARD'S VISIT. FOUNDER OF AUCKLAND GROUP.
Although but a few years old in this country, the Toe H movement already has a large following, and the ideals Of the SoeifttV Should be greatly furthered by the visit U Auckland next week of the Rev. P. G. Leonard, D.5.0., who Will conduct a publicity campaign here for seven days. Later, Mr. Leonard will leave to carry out similar work in the South Island. This visit coincides with the birthday celebrations of the Auckland group of the society, founded as the result of the Rev. Leonard's visit in 1925, when he accompanied the founder of the whole movement, the Rev. P. B. Clayton, M.C., on a world tour. On this visit Mr. Leonard is accompanied by Mr. L. Haworth, an Australian member of Toe H. Both visitors during their stay in Auckland Will be the guests of the Group Padfe, the Rev. ft. G. Coats, at 21, Rose Road, Ponsonby. During the next week a lengthy programme—dealing with Toe H will be carried out. It is as follows:— Sunday, July 3, Birthday Thanksgiving Service at the Epiphany Church. KaranShape Road. The principal of King's liege, Canon Afchdall, Will preach; Monday, July 4, address to Rotary Club at Weekly luncheon by the Rev. Leonard. GrOup meeting at 21, Rose Road, Ponsonby; Tuesday, July S, address to Advertising Club, at luncheon, by Rev. Leonard. Talk by Rev. Leona on Toe H to be broadcast. Annual Toe H birthday dance and Social in Priscilla Tea Rooms) Wednesday, July C, Rev. Leonard will spend 'the aay at King's College, Mahgere; Thursday, July 7, meeting at Chamber of Commerce, when Rev, Leonard will speak on Tec H work; Saturday, July 11, Rev. Leonard will speak to ex-service men at Saturday evening social of Returned 'JOldiers' Association in Navy League Rooms, Customs Street t Sunday, July 10, Rev. Leonard will preach at St. Matthew's Church, and Will give a final address before leaving for Wellington..
