GHASTLY CRIME.
FAMILY BURNED ALIVE,
(Received 9.30 a.m.) PARIS, Ju-e .29. In a fire at a villa near Tours, 14/ miles from Paris, an officer, his wife, two children and a maid-servant were turned to death. The police found a quantity of petrol soaked clothing, suggesting that the man had sprinkled the room with petrol ana set Arc to it before shooting himself, leaving his family imprisoned in the flames.
