MR. W. M. LLOYD.

FIRST RAILWAY TRAFFIC \ MANAGER. \ y. AUCKLAND MERCER SECTIONV A well-known resident of Auckland in the early days of the railway, William Morris Lloyd, has died bane. He was associated with Me«r» Brogden and Sons, the contractors" for building the railway between Auckland and Mercer, and was afterwards the firs'*tragic manager on the line.
