■ PRINCESS TAUGHT TO SPEAK. Y LONDON, June 27. J The excitement of the public previous to the arrival of the Duke and Duchess was whetted by speculation regarding the exact place of meeting of the Duchess and the infant Princess Elizabeth. Many Londoners decided that it would be Buckingham Palace, and at a very early hour hundreds took up positions there. It is stated that in the absence of her Royal parents the Princess has been taught to say "mother" and "father," n the Queen regaining diminutive parental i- terms unfavounKly. ? The newspapers all publish leading * articles emphasising the happy results of l ' the arduous tour.
