EX-SAILOR'S DIVORCE.
1 The petition of Frederick James 'Spiers, who applied in the Supreme Court yesterday for a decree of divorce against his wife, Jane Bruce Spiers, was granted. The final decision of Mr. Justice Reed had been deferred after the Bearing of the evidence until later in the day, when Mr. Bartleet, counsel for the wife, could give corroborative information with regard to an agreement by which petitioner undertook responsibility for the maintenance of the one child "of the marriage. Mr. Bartleet having addressed the Court the decree ■R'as made.
