NOT "SPINELESS."
"Xew Zealander, and Proud of It" calls tie "Homies" "spineless creatures."' Let me teU him that had the "Homie" been a 'spinek* creature" between 1914 and 191S it would W been a poor lookout for us all. It needs than a "spineless creature" to chance all and come many thousands of miles only to find on landing that he has been "diddled.'" Asto thinking it a gold mine, an Englishman hai more sense than to imagine such a far-fetched' thing. Supposing "Xew Zealander" wasout of work and down and out and was told that by travelling to England he could have plenty of work with good pay, wouldn't he seize tfa chancc? DISGUSTED.
