For my part, I've come to the conclusion that it's u thrilling to watch a match and know that the vary best players available have been chosen for the side We others can always gain some consolation by taking part in ordinary practices with our friends, even though we can't distinguish ourselves by some brilliant piece of work in an important match. The mere fact of being out in the fresh air and sunshine should be enough to make up for not being one of the fortunate few in the team. Try to be efficient players by all means; but let's remember at the same time that enjoyment can t always be measured by the amount of suecoss obtained. Of course we all try as hard as ever we can to win; tf we lose, it doesn't really matter—«o long as we've done our best.
