Whyte, of Dunedin, are at the Star Hotel. The Mayor of Auckland (Mr. George Baildon), will leave for Wellington on Tuesday evening on City Council business. Nathan, Mr. L. E. Eastabrook. Mr. R. W. Gunn (Wellington), Mr. F. Wolf (Sydney), Mr. A. H. Honeylield. Mr. E. Shaw (Wellington). Staying at the Grand Hotel are: Mr. A. H. Miles (Wellington), Mr. D. Fulton (Scotland). Mr. G. .Tamieson (Christchurch), and Mr. W. Harper (Melbourne). Mr. C. Eugene Smith. business manager of the National Mutual Life Association of Australasia, Ltd., who has been appointed manager of the Commonwealth General Insurance Corporation, will leave for Australia on June 24. Dr. L. .T. Thompson and Mrs. Thompson, of Auckland, left for an extended tour of England and the Continent via Australia, by the Maheno yesterday. They expect to be away about a vear. during which Dr. Thompson will visit the loading hospitals in London and on the Continent.
