CORONATION CEREMONY. SUCCESSFUL CARNIVAL ENDS. By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) NGARUAWAHIA, this Jay. The town hall was crowded last niglit en the occasion of the coronation of Miss Kathleen Colhonn. as "Queen of the Delta" and of Misses C. Stevens, C. McFarlane and C. Clavis as "Duchesses Palatine of South, North and East." This, the last event of the queen carnival, which was conducted in aid of the band, was a brilliant -spectacle. The Mayor. Mr. H. J. Sampson, icted as "Lord Warden." and Mr. W. Fuller as "Earl Marshal." The receipts from the carnival will exceed £350.
