LOAN' OF £50.000 ACCEPTED. The Franklin Powpt Board met yesterday afternoon, the chairman, Mr. J. Dean, presidins. An offer of £50.000 loan money. required by the board for farther reticulation and payment of its debt to the Pukekohe Borough Council, at 5J per cent for 36J years, with 1 per cent sinking fund, was accepted.
