A.R.C. WINTER MEETING. CONCLUDING DAY. WINTER STEEPLES WON BY TUKI. YORK HANDICAP TO MASTER DOON. TTOARIRI AGAIN TAKES THE SPRINT. Rain fell during the morning, but by the time the programme opened the weather had cleared, and the snn was shining brightly. Once in a line for the judge Hoariri took rliargo to win by one length and a-half fmm Delightment, who beat Sun Up by half a lensrth. All the acceptors were starters in the Fitzroy Handicap, with which the programme concluded. Catapult was the popular pick, being about £430 better supported than Sir Kay, with Red Comet next fancied. Catapult was first to become prominent, with Adjuster, Te Kawana, Killute, Acushla and Harbour View next.
