CHANGES IN PERSONNEL. (Ejr Teiegrapn—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The Governor-General and Lady Alice Fergusson will give an official dinner at Government House on Friday in honour 'ot His Majesty's birthday. During the current year there will be changes in the staff of the GovernorGeneral. Mr. G. J. Little, who has acted as private secretary and comptroller since his -Excellency's arrival in New Zealand, is to go to England on private business. Hie successor has not yet been appointed. Captain Wentworth, A.D.C., will rejoin his regiment on January 1 next, and will be succeeded by Lieutenant E. L. Orr-Ewing, M.C., of the Black Wateh.
