CONSUL FAREWELLED.
SENOR BIDONE, OF ARGENTINA. (By Telegraoh.— Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. Members of the Wellington Consular Corps entertained Senor Bidone Humberto, Consul-General for the Argentine, at luncheon yesterday. Senor Bidone leaves on June 12 for Monte Video, and best wishes were extended to him and his wife and daughter. Senor Bidone said the four years he had spent in New Zealand had been particularly strenuous from the business point of view. It gratified him to think that through his efforts the business relations between the Argentine and New Zealand had been forwarded in a satisfactory manner. He would not forget his friends in the Wellington Consular service.
