ARREST OF POLICE.
PERTH, May 31
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Constables St. Jack and Regan on a charge of murder.
This is the sequel to the finding of the Royal -Commission, which .inquired into the deaths of natives in the Wyndha-n district, and which found that four of tbe natives met their deaths while in the custody of Constables Regan and St. Jack, who were the only persons responsible for the deaths. >
