PAINT AND POWDER.
It seems to me that "CWniot," ha« whacked the nail on th<- head aneni the "painted women." I heard before coming here that -New Zealand was tho mo*t healthful place in the world, and for its women to wear the "adge, m sickness, paleness and lack ■ colour in the hp S 1S not coiuMstent with this enviable leeoul. This applies, of course, to onlv a small percentage of your womanhood. Instead of teaching artificial makeup, it seem, that health should be taught instead, for -u hen one is healthy, no camouflage is needed at aIL Ihe paint merely hides the palene*? of—death!.
