TABLET POSTERS.
In reference to "Bus Driver's"' Hw in Tuesday's "Sur." 1 I can amply corrobcnt* hi* ftilrmfiii about tablet porters vorking 9 hours ±9 minutes, and bring paid for 8 hours alongside men doing the same class of work, working one hour twenty minutes less prr fhift, and receiving more money, and before the A_S.R_S. criticises the bus driver*" pay and conditions they should set their own house in order. 1 do not know if one can blame tha A.S.R.S. altogether, for I believe they hive tried to get the difference levelled up, bnt Mill it is not to their credit that such a state of affairs should be, especially when the low paid men are of necessity more efficient in train running, knowledge, and jrenTal responsibility.
