UNDEFENDED DIVORCE.
"CONTINUAL NAGGING."
CAUSES MUTUAL SEPARATION.
An undefended divorce action was heard in the Supreme Court this morning, by his Honor, Mr. Justice Herdman. The parties were Elsie Lillian Nealie (Mr. Moody), petitioner, and Ernest Nealie, respondent. The evidence in support of the application was that the parties were married in 1917, and there were two children of the union. Continual nagging resulted in separation by mutual consent in May, 1923. A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute in three months. The petition was granted the interim custody of the children.
