MEDICAL TEST LIKELY. (Received 10.30 a.m.) MANILA, May 10. The Philippine constabulary arrested 58 of the rioters in connection with the rising of the followers of Intrencherado, the self-styled "Emperor of the Negroes." Intrencherado, who figured in previous revolts, will be examined for possible insanity, while the others will be tried for sedition.
