CLUBS SUCCESSFUL OPENING.

The opening gathering of the 1027 session of the Birkenhead and Xorthcote OrphansClub, held in the Masonic Hall. Northcote on Saturday evening, was largely attended, and proved a most successful function The president. Mr. H. D. Boles, welcomed the official guests.
