Mr. T'« said that Hamilton lent itself adnlirabiv to division into wards. On a basis 01 one member per thousand ratepayers suggested allocation of seats would Mj Clnudolands, 2; Hamilton East, -• Frankton and Maeroa, 3; Whitiora, - Hamilton Central, :*. , The matter was referred to the general purposes committee.
