MR. HOLLAND AT OISBORNE.

GISBORNE, Tuesday.
About 150- persons assembled,in the City Hall at eight o'clock this evening to hear an address on the dairy control question by Mr. H. E. Holland, Leader of the Opposition. However, Mr. Holland did not arrive until nearly ten o'clock, having been delayed on the journey from Whakatane.
Mr. Holland dealt with the subject on the lines of previous speeches.
