BURGLARS AT NAPIER.
I THEFTS FROM SHOP WINDOWS SHOWCASES PRIZED OPEN. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) XAPEEB, Monday. ' During the week-end burglars broke open an outside showcase at the shop t of Messrs. Fargher and Co. and removed 1 pullovers valued at about £8. As it happened the window con- ' tained only odd shoes. The burglars gained entrance to a> f pastry-cook's shop through a rear door, " from which the glass had been removed, p and they secured about £2 in cash.
