SETTLED OUT OF COURT.
SNELL MAINTENANCE CASE.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. It was announced in the Magistrate's Court to-day that the Snell case, in which an aged man asked that an order for his maintenance be made against his son, had been settled out of Court.
