The answer, while it may apply to the countless number of females who appear in public without hats on every possible occasion, does not apply t® tho male sex. Men. unlike women, do not spend all they possess on their apparel. Which is the closer to Nature? Sufferers from nasal and scalp troubles will find their troubles considerably mitigated if they throw their hat* away. Nature provided hair—not hats —to protect the head. We are far from being unfortunate and impecunious, as vour corres*. pondent suggests. HATLESS MALE.
