In an ordinary match Reeee defeated Peall by 1,006 to 0003. Reece made a i break of 6417. i Mr. Bisset, the chairman of the Bflliards Association, says legislation dealing with the pendulum stroke is rirtuaUy certain before next season, which begins in Oetober. Newman and Davis as well as Reece, had shown how the position could be obtained, and it was high time to take action. The best solution seemed to be to alter the definition of an "indirect" cannon in order to Raoc*. compel players to use the cushion before cannoning against the second object ball.
