TO RELIEVE OVERCROWDING. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON' Tuesday. The Hon. J. A. Young, Minister of Health, states that commencement of the building of the new mental hospital at' Templeton, near Christchurch,. is in execution of a decision of 12 months ago, to erect a place ffcr 48 patients on the department's area of 350 acres in that locality. ! The building will relieve the overcrowding at Sunnyside, and will house mainly the farm-worker type of patient.
