CARE OF A FARM.
SUPREME COURT JUDGMENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. Reserved judgment iu the case of Pviddiford and others versus B. C. Lysaght was delivered by the Chief Justice. The plaintiffs claimed £1025 damages on account of defendant's allegedly allowing the farm leased to him to deteriorate, and for failure to comply with the terms of the lease. The Chief Justice awarded £12"), including £50 for fencing, £20 for repair of a bridge, £50 for failure to keep down fern, etc., by suitable grazing, and gave judgment for defendant in respect of the claim for damages for cutting and removing timber and in respect of noxious weeds.
