■\\'hcn Mr. J. N'eale. a borough workman, was repairing a street drain on Thursday, a motor bury driver failed to observe the excavation and drove dvrr Neale, whose head was caught, by the uuderpart of the lorry. He received a slight concussion, and was admitted to tiie hospital.
